The Elmira Jackals are home for two games this weekend, as they host the Florida Everblades at First Arena. Now is the perfect time to come see the Jackals, with exciting giveaways and discount opportunities aplenty this weekend.

Friday's game marks only the second ever meeting between the Everblades and the Jackals. Fans in attendance will receive Pembrook Pines Hockey Rule Books.

Fans looking for a discount can take advantage of "Facebook Friday at First Arena," as the Elmira Jackals are rewarding their Facebook friends with a $2 discount for end zone seats as the Jackals host the Florida Everblades at 7:35 p.m.

In order to receive the discount, fans with Facebook accounts must become Facebook friends with the Jackals by clicking here and selecting "Add as Friend." Once the Jackals accept your friendship, simply print the Elmira Jackals profile page and bring the printed page to the First Arena Box Office to receive the discount. One discount is allowed per person. Each person requesting the discount must have their own printed Jackals profile page. This offer is based upon availability.

On Saturday, the first 1,500 fans entering First Arena will receive Jackals hockey pucks, courtesy of Donor Awareness.

JACKALS SPLIT WEEK, DONATI REACHES 50

The Jackals went 2-2 last week, getting road wins at Reading and Johnstown before falling at home to Trenton and Reading.

Jackals rookie forward Justin Donati became the ECHL's first player in 2009-2010 to reach 50 points when he scored a goal in the third period against Trenton on Friday night. Donati has 34 assists and 52 points near the season's halfway point to lead the league. Last week, he led the league with 10 points (4g-6a) while posting a +4.

Donati has collected two individual awards already this season, having been named the Reebok Hockey ECHL Rookie of the Month for October and the Sher-Wood Hockey Player of the Week for Nov. 9 - Nov. 15.
