Eric Levine is in his third season as the Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations with the Elmira Jackals and First Arena. Levine serves as the Jackals radio play-by-play broadcaster, handles all media relations responsibilities for the Jackals and First Arena, and assists Pat Bingham and Robbie Nichols with the club's hockey operations.

Levine was named the recipient of the 2010 ECHL Media Relations Director of the Year Award following the 2009-2010 season. He was a finalist for the same award in 2011.
