Cousineau reassigned to CHL's Americans

The Elmira Jackals announced on Thursday that goaltender Marco Cousineau has been reassigned from the club to the CHL's Allen Americans by the NHL's Anaheim Ducks.

Cousineau spent his rookie season of 2010-2011 with the Jackals, going 21-16-5 with a .898 save percentage and a 3.23 goals-against average. The St. Lazare, Quebec native played in one game with Elmira this season, making 29 saves in a 4-3 loss to the Trenton Titans on Nov. 4. Cousineau was drafted in the third round of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft by the Ducks.
