IN JUST A FEW HOURS...

The Eastern Conference-leading Elmira Jackals attempt to extend their winning streak to four games when they battle the Gwinnett Gladiators at 7:05 p.m. at The Arena at Gwinnett Center. The Jackals have an all-time record of 4-0-0-0 on the road against the Gladiators, most recently winning 11-3 on Nov. 14, 2009. Elmira holds a three-point edge over three South Division teams for first place in the conference: Gwinnett, Greenville, and South Carolina.

GAZLEY GOES ON POINT-EARNING TEAR

Dustin Gazley has posted three-straight multi-point games, with three goals and four assists for seven points during that stretch. The Novi, Mich. native leads all ECHL rookies with 39 points and 27 assists. Gazley earned the ECHL Player of the Week Award for Jan. 2 - 8.

ONE-GOAL WONDERS

The Jackals lead the league in one-goal wins with a 16-4-1-0 record, three victories ahead of second-place Utah in that category. The Jackals were 14-10-7-3 in one-goal contests in 2010-2011.
