IN JUST A FEW HOURS...

The Elmira Jackals will try to avoid elimination in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals when they battle the Greenville Road Warriors at 7:35 p.m. at the BI-LO Center. Last night, the Road Warriors defeated the Jackals, 2-0, behind 18 saves from netminder Chris Beckford-Tseu.

SUCCESS IN GAME FOURS

The Jackals have had success in Game 4s in their history in the Kelly Cup Playoffs, going 3-1. Last season, Elmira fought off elimination in Game 4 with a 6-3 victory over Florida at First Arena in the opening round of the playoffs.

COUSINEAU STAYS STRONG

Jackals goaltender Marco Cousineau was valiant in defeat last night, making 28 saves on 29 shots. The rookie from St. Lazare, Quebec has a .925 save percentage and a 2.19 goals-against average in three games against Greenville this series.
