Jackals receive Gratchev, Stewart from B-Sens

The Elmira Jackals announced on Saturday that they have been assigned forward Maxime Gratchev and goaltender Brian Stewart by their AHL affiliate, the Binghamton Senators. The Jackals host the Kalamazoo Wings tonight at First Arena at 7:35 p.m.

Gratchev, a third-year pro from Novosibirsk, Russia has five goals and six assists for 11 points in 12 games with Elmira this season. He has not registered a point in two games with Binghamton in 2011-2012.

Stewart, a second-year pro from Burnaby, British Columbia is 3-2-0-0 with a .918 save percentage and a 2.95 goals-against average in six games with the Jackals in 2011-2012. He has not participated in a game with the B-Sens this season.
