The Elmira Jackals will hold their annual Teddy Bear Toss on Friday night when they host the Trenton Titans at First Arena, with the puck dropping at 7:35 p.m.

Fans are asked to bring a teddy bear to throw onto the ice when the Jackals score their first goal of the game. Later this month, Jackals players will visit local hospitals and give the teddy bears to patients.

"We ask that all of our great fans bring a teddy bear to Friday's game," Jackals general manager Robbie S. Nichols said. "The teddy bears are for a great cause and this is a terrific chance to make somebody's holiday season that much brighter."
