Jackals Season Ticket Holders,

If you are a returning season ticket holder, thank you for your continuing support. If you are new, we are thrilled to have you with us for our 13th season of pro hockey in the Twin Tiers.

Many of you have contacted us regarding the availability of your season ticket booklets over the last few days. Unfortunately, they will not be ready to pick up for opening weekend this weekend. We apologize for the inconvenience. So you can better understand the situation; we were on a very truncated timetable to get the booklets produced and when we hit a delay in the printing process it became impossible to complete the project for opening weekend.

We are expecting the booklets to arrive next week so you will be able to pick them up prior to the games against Wheeling on October 19 and 20. For opening weekend you will receive standard thermal printed tickets. We are currently printing them at the First Arena Box Office now and will have them ready to pick up beginning tomorrow morning when the box office opens at 10:00 am.
